Acclaimed for the invigorating, innovative, and inspiring performances, the advanced ensembles at Falls Baptist Music School enjoy collaborating together as they work toward excellence in every aspect of their ensemble. As these students work together, they have learned to value each player as a vital member of the team. They have performed at events for the Governor of Wisconsin, Midwest Clinic, and with Milwaukee’s Bel Canto Chorus.
ADVANCED LEVEL
Boundless Opportunities
The significant feature of these groups is the personal responsibility and accountability placed on each individual to know his part, understand the score, and to respond with useful feedback during rehearsals. As they rehearse, they are continually working toward mastering the art of listening to input from other team members while knowing when and how to make suggestions. This involvement and teamwork brings life and energy to every performance.
INTERMEDIATE & BEGINNER LEVEL
Thriving Steadily
The Falls Baptist Music School pre-college students are exposed to many music education and performance opportunities. Beginning with “Music for Babes” then “Violin for Tots,” children are given experience with group and private lessons, vocal ensembles, and mixed and like-instrument ensembles, concerts, and recitals. The music school strives to develop every child to his/her full potential. This is reflected in the mixed-level groups where students are challenged technically and encouraged to work cooperatively.
