Daily Check-In
All campers must sign-in at the check-in kiosks by the security office every morning. This is also where campers will drop off their cell-phones for the day.

Daily Pick-Up
Junior campers can be picked up at noon in the Auditorium.
Senior and Chamber campers will finish by 8:30 daily.

Camp T-Shirts
T-shirts will be available for purchase between 4:45-6:00 in the lobby every day except Wednesday.

Camp Photo
Sign up for your camp photo today here! They will be available for purchase after the Friday concerts on the 8th.

Jr. Concert Potluck
Each family should bring a dozen sandwiches. Last names with A-M should bring a side. Last names with N-Z should bring a dessert. Please let us know what you are bringing here!

Welcome to day 2 of the Spectacular Music Festival!

  1. If you haven't checked in or gotten your finances settled, please visit us in the office to get your payments settled.
  2. Don't forget about the Friday concerts--the Junior Division concert is Friday at 11:00am; the Senior Division concert is Friday at 7:00pm.
  3. Following the Junior Division concert, all campers are invited to participate in a potluck lunch. All families are asked to bring sandwiches to feed 12 and a finger food.
  4. Don't forget about the camp picture on Thursday at 11:50am!
  5. The evening Masterclasses will be held at 7:00pm in HC 102/104 and HC 105.

wednesday, august 9

We are halfway through this week of music camp!

  1. This evening, dinner will be served at 5:00pm, followed by a Bible Quizzing time from 5:30-6:50pm. The evening service begins at 7:30 pm.
  2. If you are in the Junior Division, don't forget to get your outfit ready for the concert (check the dress code below if needed!). You'll also want to remind your moms to bring sandwiches to feed 12, and a finger food!
  3. Senior campers, don't forget that we have a concert as well on Friday evening at 7:00 pm. Be sure to make sure you have your outfit all ready for the concert (check below if needed!).
  4. Don't forget that we are taking a camp photo on Thursday at 11:50. You won't want to miss it! Pictures will be for sale on Friday afternoon & evening for just $3 per 8x10 photo.

thursday, august 10

Welcome to Day 4 of music camp!

  1. This evening, you won't want to miss the faculty concert at 7:00pm.
  2. The Junior Division concert is on Friday at 11:00am, followed by a potluck for all campers. Please bring sandwiches to feed 12 and a finger food. Check the dress code to make sure you have the right attire on for the concert!
  3. The Senior Division concert is on Friday at 7:00pm. Please check the dress code to make sure you're dressed in the right attire!
  4. Don't forget that we are taking a camp picture today at 11:50am. We will meet outside Door 2 (office doors).

Welcome to Day 5 of the Spectacular Music Festival!

  1. Reminder that we have a Junior Division concert at 11:00am today, followed by a potluck. Please bring your sandwiches to feed 12 and finger food to the kitchen by 11:00am.
  2. The dress rehearsal for the Junior Division concert will begin at 9:30am.
  3. The Senior Division concert will begin at 7:00pm. A separate schedule for the afternoon dress rehearsal will be posted and handed out.

Welcome to Wednesday of Spectacular Music Festival!

  1. Today, there are performances at local nursing homes. We will load into vans with sack lunches at 12:00 and return by 2:00pm.
  2. Schedule Updates: Orchestra will be at 2:00pm. Bible Quizzing will be at 5:30pm, and at 6:15pm, there will be normal youth outreach.

We are nearing the end of the Spectacular Music Festival!

  1. Tonight, there is a faculty concert at 7:00pm. You won't want to miss an amazing set of pieces including our guest oboist, Leonid!

Friday, August 18

Today is the final day of the Spectacular Music Festival!

  1. This morning, you will receive a dress rehearsal schedule.
  2. There is a 2:00 Solo & Group Recital
  3. There is a 5:30pm Chamber Concert.
